How long will it take to receive my order?
Under normal market conditions orders are manufactured within seven business days and arrive to customers within twenty business days.
Current market events have had a tremendous impact on our supply chain. During this unprecedented time new order processing is being pushed up to twenty-five business days with delivery taking up to sixty days from time of order depending on order destination. Customers outside the U.S. will face certain delays with final arrival times varying greatly by country.

Are you still shipping during the current global pandemic?

All of our manufacturing facilities have remained open and taken proactive measures to ensure the health of their respective team members.
How do you make your products?
We utilize a dynamic approach to fulfilling customer orders supported by a network of manufacturers across the globe. We’re able to offer a diverse product range with various production techniques including on demand printing and embroidery, print sublimation for apparel and luggage items, along with various customization processes. Select items are manufactured in bulk and stored at our warehouse located in Illinois. These steps are taken to create grteater sustainability in our supply chain which minimizes material waste.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
For complete details on returns and exchanges visit our Return Policy. We offer returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory goods. Original items must be received in new condition. We do not offer returns or exchanges for damaged, worn or washed items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. See the Return Policy for a list of non-returnable items.
There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
If an order is missing an item or includes unwanted items please contact email@example.com and include the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Email used to place the order
- Unwanted/Missing item
A member of our customer service team will review the inputs and contact you with appropriate actions to be taken.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the number of items in the order, the weight of the package and the final destination. Orders placed outside the United States may be subject to additional customs charges.
How can I track my purchases?
Once orders are fulfilled they are sent to the designated delivery service at which time an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the same email used to place the order. Customers seeking up to date order status should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my shipping address?
If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company we may be able to change the destination address. Customers seeking to alter the shipping destination of their order should contact email@example.com.
How do I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued. If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and payment methods integrated with Shop Pay (formerly Shopify Pay).
What currency do you accept?
Currently, we display pricing in seven currencies including US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, and Japanese Yen.
How do I know what size I need?
Where available, sizing charts are provided within individual product descriptions.
